Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu provides you with self-defense training with the concept that the smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground.

HIstorically, kickboxing is a combat sport based on kicking and punching developed from Muay-Thai.  Our cardio kickboxing includes this plus high-intensity cardio and stretching, all in a 45-minute class.
