Strength ~ Weights ~ Endurance ~ Athletic  Training

Join us for a 45 minute strength and cardio workout that is fun and energetic!  Class includes multiple formats such as Bootcamp style and high intensity interval training.  Class is open and appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels!

Love the burn with us as we focus on alignment, mobility, balance, and strength. Our low impact, highly relevant posture fixtures are sure to get you moving more comfortably in life. Fun, dynamic, and de-stressing! Suitable for beginners and experienced alike. This is NOT a dance class, but happy dances are welcome!
